Cardio is still good, Already dropped over 10 lbs (Mostly water but still)
Cannot wait to get the "cardarine kick" at about 30 days!

TweetStill going strong. Diet is going OK, first week I am always super strict but boss has bought lunch a few times and such. Still dropping inches. Pants are looser. Cardio is good. I got bloodwork yesterday for my physical. I wonder how it will be.
Anyway, cardio is up a bit. I can run 2 miles with my heartrate never getting above 120 bpm. the lady who took my blood and biometrics at the Dr. yesterday commented on my low heart rate. 54 bpm resting at 11am fasted. I have noticed running up 2 flights of stairs at work I only breathe slightly harder than just walking normally. When I do my circuit training, I sweat like a beast and my heart rate will increase but i am not breathing hard even on high rep drop sets without rest between. I reckon i am about 14% bf right now. Seeing striations and veins stand out in my arms and legs. I carry fat ONLY around my midsection. It is getting smaller daily. I have lost about as much water as I am going to. It is all fat now.
