doin 30mg dbal in my cycle , for 4 weeks ( 5 if i really like it) so how when should i take my ALA for liver protection? and how much ED? would that give me a good enough protection and if not what else should i use?

TweetMilk Thistle could also be used. I feel DBol in about 3 days. by the 7th day I get a pump just changing channels on the TV.
