I did it .It worked great for me. I was also using ALA, Yohimburn.I did 2week cycles for 8 weeks.I would recommend throwing some creatine in with it to keep muscle loss to a minimum.

For the second time, why creatine in a cutting cycle? It's effects are the opposite of the wanted one in a cutting cycle!

Not really habs.I consider "cutting" cutting fat.Creatine does not promote fat.Yes it will make you hold some water but there things you can do about that. On the other hand while on ECA's and doing cardio and fewer calories muscle mass is sacrificed alot of times . The more muscle mass you have, the more calories will be needed to use them therfore the more you can cut fat. Creatine will aid in the muscle loss.I have done it both ways I lost alot of strength and lean mass while cutting. The only way creatine hindered me was a little water weight. I posted previosly about this have solved this problem. Everybody is different though what works for one may not work for another. Do you agree?

The overall effect of cutting is to loose the most fat you can while at the same time retaining the most muscle you can.

The purpose of creatine while cutting is to help hold on to muscle, while having a calorie deficit. At first you may gain some water weight, but the end results are whats important.

In theory, it shouldn't work... Creatine phosphate restores the ADP into ATP. You want to burn those fucking ATP's. Why do you restore them???
