TweetHow many people get cramps while on?
I get them really bad in my lower back and my calves. Is this normal.
my cycle is only test enan 400/wk with .3 dex ed. I drink at least a gallon of water ed.
I just hope I'm not alone because it really sucks. I can't walk for more than 5 minutes, and I was doing yard work today and I had to stop because my low back was crampin so bad.

Tweetif you get more cramps than usual, you'd need to consume more potassium and water. and you should be drinking at least 1.5-2 gallons of water a day, no less

TweetI have not gotten any cramps as off yet....[I guess its cause I only use low dosages]
EVERYTHING I SAY IS ONLY AN OPINION.
Tweet4 liters=a little more than a gallon....get your potasium from bananas, supplements are too dangerous.you should be drinking around 2 gal of water per day on cycle.maybe add some salt to help retain some water.also are you sure you are cramping,it might be a "pump"....when i'm on cycle i can't play hockey because my lower back gets so pumped i can't even move and it hurts, this is not a cramp it is pumped.hope this helps.
TweetI get them in my abs and in my lats especiallty when I try and inject myself in the glute I cramp up in my lats!
Go big or go home!
