TweetPretty much elementary stuff there. But a good reminder. Crazy how many people say "I don't know why I cannot loose the fat around my gut, I do lots of situps"
Then you try to explain that you cannot spot remove fat by working the muscles underneath and they look at you like you are an alien or argue. It is always the people who are not really serious about training, you know the new years resolution crowd.
