Tweetuse it anywhere from 2-4 times a week 1000mcgs each shot. You can use it sub Q of IM. I feel better on it and get my appetite back, which is especially important if your bulking and lose your appetite. there have been several threads on this in the last week, do a search on b12 and you'll get the answers you need.

Tweetyea its a good appetite inducer...also i cant back this w/ anything but my own personal experience but it seems when i use B12 at 4000 mcg/week and i eat real good quality macronutrients..I get better pumps and i feel tighter much more solid..possibly due to the nutriet shuttling effect of B12..I take my shot right after a meal w/ multi-v and EFA's
