TweetI put it in my coffee every day. Put just about any oil by itself will make ya go. i take 2-3 table spoons of MCT oil and wait 22 minutes by a bathroom.

TweetI had a Kempo Master(Jim Broussard),tell me he takes a Tbs everyday for overall health. I add coconut milk to my oatmeal everymorning, I like to put a nice scoop of that fat off the top in it with cinnamon and honey. Never noticed any bowel rushes, if I did I'd never take it before class ! Lol ! As for the oil I use it for dry skin/scalp and it makes for good lube too.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
