Tweethow many of you shoot insulin. of those who do how many actually have a bought a glucometer to measure their blood sugars when they do it? after an experience the other night where i thought i was going to die i think i'm getting one!

TweetI believe pudgy means that if your not on stage in a pose down competing in bodybuilding, then theres no need to be using insulin. BUT PUDGY, how do u expect some of us to get in that good of shape or physique without using these products????

TweetI don't use slin, but I have a precision xtra. It is the only one I know of that can measure ketones as well as blood glucose. The ketone test strips are expensive, but will be worth it when I go to a keto cutting phase.

If you don't care about ketones look around at the big stores, alot of them have special rebates on the machines. Lancets are cheap but the strips will always be expensive.
