TweetOk so I'm not a huge Calve guy cause I was blessed genetically there and I feel leg day for me hits enough (plus hiking) BUT I love the donkey movement. So few gyms have this anymore! Any ideas or how you guys set up basic equipment to perform this when a machine isn't around?

TweetMy all time favorite calf exercise. My calves got enormous from doing those. I miss my cheerleader girlfriend in lingerie and heels and a whip sitting on my back on the stairs in my house while I did thousands of calf raises until it hurt so bad...lol
TweetLove that exercise. It's funny, I used to see it in gyms a long time ago and over time you just don't see it anymore. Hell most gyms only have 1 or two things for calves now days and that's it.
Tweetyou can get one of the calf raise platforms or a wood block and put it next to something you can lean over on. then just have some one jump on your back near your hips and go to town. just like the arnold book. great movement and some of us not blessed peeps have to hit them daily from every angle possible haha
