But first, a quick story. This illustrates how your problems begin.. and hints at how we can fix it. ...A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to a student audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected the psychologist would ask the old standby question: “Is this glass half-full, or half-empty?” Instead, with a smile on her face, she asked: "How heavy is this glass of water?" Now.. let’s get to the point of my email: The food that can cause (or prevent) muscle pain, cramps, tension, spasms… It can make the difference between a good night’s rest, and a miserable night of tossing and turning. Of feeling energetic and full of life.Or feeling like crap. This “food” is pretty much everywhere. You consume it daily—when you eat green vegetables, nuts, and anything that's earth-grown. But unfortunately for you and me, it’s getting harder to consume enough of it just by eating a healthy diet.. The powerful, elemental mineral I’m talking about is Magnesium.
