TweetI think the same benefits can be had with unfiltered apple cider vinegar. I like kombucha from time to time but it is pricey if you drank 1 a day for a month and they cost $3 (cheap), that os $90. I can get a big bottle of braggs ACV for under $10 and then add a bottle of VSL 3 probiotics for $65 (and VSL may be one of the best but there are cheaper ones that are nearly as good)
If you like kombucha then drink it but i feel my strategy is WAY more effective as you would get higher doses and benefits
