TweetI've always heard that a lot of people mistake the thirst signal for hunger. This is just hearsay off the top of my head, so I don't have anything to back it up, but I remember hearing that somewhere. So many people don't take in enough water and are usually dehydrated most of the time. They get so used to it, that they begin mistaking the thirst trigger for hunger and end up eating more.
