Neither one could speak a word of English. It was a tough time for the hospital staff but to my point, This was to have their child born here as a US citizen. Okay and now he or she is an anchor baby.

That is an abuse of the immigration or citizenship laws.

I am all for legal citizenship. You know follow the process AND ASSIMILATE. Do not come here and try to change our country to your county. Learn to speak our language or at least give it an effort. ETC...

i agree man. it is both insane and stupid on the part of the gov to continue to allow this crap to go on. you have all kinds of people doing it the legal way yet these things occur on numerous occasions daily. the kid is now a us citizen and we dont want to break the family up. come on. the law is the law and if they dont agree with it then they should introduce and pass legislation to change it but until then even if you dont like it. it still should be enforced to the letter.
the illegal alien argument drives me bat shit crazy. they are contributing to our country pay taxes etc..... and they also dont break any laws. well they broke the law coming here. so do i get a pass on breaking only one law as long as i dont do anything wrong again after? no. and how are they paying taxes on their income when they dont have a legal ssn. so if they do have an ssn then they broke another law. we can go on and on and on. illegal is illegal it is a law and should be enforced until it's changed no ifs ands or buts about it
