wk 1-5, 35mg reforvit daily
wk 1-10 350mg test prop
wk 1-10 400-500mg deca
with liquidex daily

I understand that I may have a problem with water retention. What is your guys opinion on the amount of liquidex I should run daily to stop the retention...... any advise is appriciated..

I usually take it in the morning or before bed.
