TweetYes, had the book and read it. Of the over 200-300 books read on the subject have to rate his the most highly overated, and the one of a handfull thought was not worth my time energy and effort.
He basically believes in training 3 times a week 20-30 minutes, and so on...Nothing revolutionary, just a standard program.
Also, the quality of printing was low grade kinko's wrapped in a plastic binder.
