    fish oil supplementation has been shown effective for many autoimmune inflammatory conditions, even Crohns. But only if it can be tolerated. In my case it increased trips to the bathroom, cramping, etc so the cons outweighed the pros. I like that the article says "may ease symptoms" of RA. I think thats realistic rather than stating it is the cure all.

      that sucks man. i take 10 grams ED of fish and krill oil. no probs.

      Have you tried krill oil? it is 3X more bioavailable so less volume is just as effective

        I have not tried Krill Oil. What brands have you tried and which ones do you like most?
