TweetOK, I'd start by cutting sugar. Look at that box of Cheerios and figure out how much sugar you are getting there. Muscle milk also has a lot of sugar, your banana has 110 calories and 27g carbs also from sugar. Look at the brownie package and see if it is worth it, may not want that to be in your last meal. That's where I would start.
TweetLike Trixie said brotha, I'd definitely switch out the brownies, Cheerios and Muscle Milk for starters. Looks like you have a lot of protein shakes in there as well. I'd cut some of those out and replace it with food. Not sure what's in the chicken salad, but if it's anything like the chicken salad my fiance makes, it's probably not the best for a diet.
Getting rid of the Cheerios, brownies and Muscle Milk, as well as switching out some of the protein shakes for actual food would be a great start. Shakes are great for a little extra something you may not be getting from food, but I believe food should be first in line.

Tweeteven natural sugars make it hard to loose weight. regular cheerios only have 1 gram of sugar and 17 grams of carbs after accounting for the fiber.
actually not bad. I would prefer steelcut oats but cheerios is WAY better than a bagel and WAY WAY better than a delicious, sweet, ooey gooey cinnamon roll from cinnabon.
but yeah sugar is the devil.
good luck leaning out.
Tweetyour pancreas can not tell the difference between natural or synthetic processed sugar. any you consume is going to illicit a response and insulin production. only difference is you get some nasty inflammation issues from processed stuff and it is usually lacking in fiber. so i dont care what anyone says sugar is sugar and it is going to be counter productive in fat loss in 99% of cases

Tweethaha, how many times have we talked about this jipped? sad thing is you are a low to no carb guy and i am a higher end carb guy and we both agree on the sugar thing even though our principles are damn near opposite
