Tweetbig pharma keeps pumping out highly addictive pain drugs. although this one is fairly old
fentanyl is horrible and super potent but there is a new one that is 100 times more potent called carfentanil which is an elephant tranquilizer people use it to cut heroin as it is so potent and cheap. a lot of folk have died of overdose from this shit.
