Ketone drinks and supplements

TweetI keep seeing this lately. It's like every time I turn around someone else is talking about a new Ketone drink or supplement they are using. Now, most of these people are just folks around the office and have clue none about fitness, nutrition and training. But, I've just noticed a lot of talk about Ketone supplements. Anybody ever used any of these? Is there really a noticed benefit?

Gonna do some reading, but wanted to get everyone elses opinion as well.

just sitting in an office taking them will do nothing.

I take them and it makes a huge diff to me. I started a keto diet this week to drop some BF. pretty much gets past the keto flu

like i said watch the video and the science behind what they say and the papers backing it. that and if dave pulmbo who is one of the biggest keto advocates on the planet can make money off of you. he is going to capitalize

hell if you are doing it the keto way i dont see why you would want to slow down the process haha. that and like i said dave is huge on keto and if that dude could make a buck off of you you can bet your ass he would if it worked
