Needless to say I can't move today! Not sure what it is about this exercise that just kills me. My ass cramps and my upper Hams lock up, I get winded like I'm doing some tire flipping contest!

they come in and out of my program as well. as a matter of fact i did them as part of a super set yesterday also. i will tell you this i am in pretty good shape cardio wise and muscle endurance wise as well. the lunges kick my ass far worse than any other movement i do. doesnt matter if they are wide step or close in step to get the quads better. they destroy me and leave me panting like i just ran a marathon. lunges are an evil movement for sure
