Tweetso after doing stupid crazy research and talking to trainers at a couple of gyms (wife uses a heart rate strap setup). they all say that if you want something on your wrist then the iwatch is the most accurate for heart rate cals etc..... it is the only one that comes even close to the strap. the mrs tried out one of the iwatches a fitbit and the iwatch and the strap come out identical in heart rate cals burned and all the other stuff. so i am a believer in the iwatch if you are wanting it for your wrist

Tweeti should have noted that I would not wear it but we get a stipend at the end of the year if we do and average enough steps perday. if really gives me no beneficial data for fitness and is more than anything just a fad in my opinion
