TweetHello my friends, I am writting, because I have hade extreme pain during and post workout of my shoulders. I usually do military press 4-5 set heavy, dumbell military press heavy 4 sets, 4 sets lateral dumbell lifts medium weight and isolate with 4 sets cable low weight lifts. During the past two shoulder workouts my shoulder feel on fire in the middle of work out and I have to take atleast a 3-4 minute break just to be able to contiue to the next exercise. I stretch as well as can but just recently started taking anadrol with cycle. could this be I have so much water retention in shoulds resulting in this pain? also what can I do to repress this pain? Any comments appreciated. KOFF,
