      when a person is trying to gain weight during a bulking cycle...how important is where the calories come from? ex: i love banana splits is that to much sweets?

      lol - if you are naturally lean and have a furnace for a metabolism, a banana split on *occasion* won't hurt you any.
      The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

      It's important to get the desired nutrients to build muscle,quality protein,complex carbs(simple carbs after workouts)and good fats,factor those in and you will be ok.

      A banana split won't build muscle bro,you want to eat as much quality protein as possible,eat clean and gain clean so to speak

      well i work at a fast paced physical job and yes i do have a fast metabolism so i eat one a day usually.....but what is about it?
