Tweetwrap your head around this one. so say you have a weak body part, take for example say chest. you want to hit it up to 3x a week. so how do we do this? well you have your standard hard and heavy day on 1 day. then you have two other days with lower intensity and lower volume spread over those 2 days. presto you have more stimulation without compromising your recoverability. that is as long as you are hitting your numbers like you should be

TweetI change up my work outs every few months do things are normally wouldnt do.Ive learned how to cycle better from taking advice on those that really know there shit. Have 2 heavy day say of chest the next time not so heavy gor for reps.I take more time off now.I was going 7 days a week for yrs damn honest truth now take 2 days off in a row. I listen to my body if it hurts I skip or go lite
