    hmmmmm, i can say it is not the calories in the food i consume that satisfy me it is the volume. eat a piece of calorie dense cheesecake and I get hungry quickly. eat a meal of broccoli sweet potato and chicken and I stay full even though the calories are about half. it took studies to figure this out?

    people are fat because they are not active and eat way too many processed carbs and sugars
