      Looks like ur cutting Cal's are low for bulking so it looks fine gtg to me

      Looks pretty solid to me bro. Just curious why the HCG for so long. I see you've been running it for the 8 months prior as you were cruising as well.

      man do your squats and deadlifts and you'll do just fine.

      i really don't know what you've before or if you want just get big or compete but me i was cruise at 500 and bulk with 1000. you got some orals in there but just my opinion at mild doses
