Been doing this for about a month now. Just at home though and only a little every morning. I am really liking it. Anyone else do this? I wanted to go the YOGA route but I am thinking this will be better for me

it is like meditation. I have done it back when i had stress probs. I like yoga better as it is a workout and i have wicked tight muscles. both would be great if you have the time

I was stretching a room at the gym after a hot yoga session. It was still super hot in there and it made me dizzy.
