Tweetit is like meditation. I have done it back when i had stress probs. I like yoga better as it is a workout and i have wicked tight muscles. both would be great if you have the time

I do a couple of the easy Yoga moves, daily,lol. Yoga has been on my list. I have done it a couple times and did like it.

I was stretching a room at the gym after a hot yoga session. It was still super hot in there and it made me dizzy.

Tweetdont forget to harness it completely. what's funny is one of the old guys would sit in the sauna with me and do it. he actually did it all over the gym. dude is nuts and has some crazy ptsd kicking really bad
