      I found out in May I was just a hair below celiac. I cut out gluten 100% for about a month and then we added it back in about 15% of my weekly carb...meaning I eat a hamburger bun once in awhile. It wasn't really hard because I don't eat a ton of carbs but really opened my eyes.

      Too be honest I always thought the gluten craze was a bunch of nonsense. BUT since cutting it I have less joint pain and def way less IBS!

      I have been mostly gluten free for awhile now, and dairy and many good fats and so on,lol ugh. Anyway, like you I have these things occasionally but they do affect me
