TweetI found out in May I was just a hair below celiac. I cut out gluten 100% for about a month and then we added it back in about 15% of my weekly carb...meaning I eat a hamburger bun once in awhile. It wasn't really hard because I don't eat a ton of carbs but really opened my eyes.
Too be honest I always thought the gluten craze was a bunch of nonsense. BUT since cutting it I have less joint pain and def way less IBS!

TweetI have been mostly gluten free for awhile now, and dairy and many good fats and so on,lol ugh. Anyway, like you I have these things occasionally but they do affect me
