He's about early '60's now in age.
In high school he was a state champion in tract and weight lifting.
He continued the lifting into his 20's. In his 30's he went more to bodybuilding. He is also a lawyer, and has been involved in athletic not only from a competitive standpoing but a promoter and judge since his '20's. In the late '70's and early '80's he competed in Master Mr. America's, can't remember if he won yet always placed high. He is meticulous and knowleable in nutrtion.
He has written a series of books, 3 and counting, called "Ripped".
He believes in low protien, 60g's per day, and high clean low glycemic carbs.
He is an incredible man and an inspirational story.
He was one discipline Mo'Fo.
