If you disagree, by all means prove me wrong...
I know its not all the 'same' but there's no reason to pay $45 for 500grams of creapure when you can buy micronized for $15 per 1000 grams, get what Im saying?

TweetI've taken AST creatine. I thought the lemon stuff tasted really good. It is kinda pricey though. I'd just go with your everyday creatine mono from prolab or something like that.
