TweetI agree with much of what he said but I fear the culture will work against that and it will not come to fruition there. We had a place in Dallas that was half junk yards and dope houses the other half nice little houses with barred up windows and folk just trying to make a living. It was not too far gone and they used Mr. Gates philosophy to turn it around. It is called Bishop arts district. Go outside this area and you might get mugged.

south side of chicago has a culture problem. so many folk just do not give a shi* and will actively try to keep it the way it is so they can whine about the conditions they live in.
