TweetWell, its pretty simple and straight forward. Seems like we have known this for a long time, maybe nobody wants to face the harsh reality. We now possess the science to be able to determine for sure what food will eventually kill us...Hell, I had beef just today and it was damn good. I have definitely cut back, but as we get older, we need to be more strict not less strict
