      they leave out the context. it is not that pasta is not bad for you it is a refined flour, that is not good for you. it is the total diet. if you eat a Mediterranean diet you will loose weight over a fast food and pizza diet so eating some pasta with it, you will still loose weight. but drop the pasta and you would loose more. it is high in starch and is gasoline on the glycemic index. get a good insulin spike after consuming. I love pasta mind you. just saying, don't be fooled by this article.

      whole wheat pasta sucks but is better for you. those high fiber pastas are way better but have never tried them.

      Yeah I've opted for the whole wheat pasta, but sure isn't the same lol. I typically stay away from it all, but sometimes that spaghetti gets the best of me.

      quinoa and brown rice pasta is really good or pasta made from just one or the other. not as delicious as white flour pasta but still good stuff with no stupid insulin spike
