Mine is always a Memorial Day workout called "Murph". It's the following...
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats 1 mile run
All that wearing a 20 pound vest. I am always just dead after that one

Tweethaha leg day. usually always a leg day. if you feel froggy give this one a go:
leg extensions working up sets of 20 till you cant get 20 any more then drop set it with a triple drop set 20% drops each time
squats start at 135 for 20 225 for 20 315for 15 405 for 12-15 500 for 8-10. drop set starting at 500 for 5 405 for 10 315 for 15 225for 20 135 to fail. rest only long enough to take plates off.
leg press work up to heavy 10 then 100 rep drop set. do as many reps as needed with each plate drop to hit 100.
leg curls sets of 10 to fail
stiff leg deads sets of 10 to fail.
i have puked and passed out doing the above workout in my younger years. rarely do i venture up that heavy anymore but i will every now and then in my off seasons.

TweetA hour long kickboxing class with Fuzo. Now this wasnt a class at the gym. this was harder core one at the Martial Arts place. I loved it and got sick by the end of the night,lol. Exercise like that makes my immune go haywire.

Tweetbaby1 just made me think of one that i had to do in the military for pre selection.
it was probably about a 2 mile run to the course. we did max effort pullups for score, max effort crunches for score then a 3mile run. we ran another 2 miles to the pool. we then did up to a level 1 swim qual. then we had to tread water for 30 mins while removing boots and tying them around your neck. after 30 mins you had to remove the boots and put them back on while still in the water. swim to the bottom of the pool and retrive a rifle swim it 25m to the side where you got a 10lb brick. we then had to swim that brick 25m more without letting it go under the water. that may have been one of the worse non weight training sessions i had up till that point. i i did some stuff in martial arts school that was far worse than that but no pool work

TweetYou wont catch me running unless someone with probably a gun is chasing me lol. So I'm going to go with 20 sets of 20 squats. Pick your weight wisely and see if you can make it to the end with it. Just 225 will put most in a headlock for 4 days.
TweetThis is actually one of my favorite workouts. I've been told I'm a bit of a weirdo though just love putting the kids I lift with in there place. Lol

Tweethell i do up to 5 sets of 20 with 225 and that's a kick in the nuts. usually at the end of training but i couldnt even come close to imagine doing 20 sets of 20 with it. damn now i am going to have to try it haha

TweetWhen I do the 20 sets of 20 the weight i use is body weight plus 10% so that's usually right around 200lbs. The percent came from me and my training partner making wagers upping the weight by the percent

Tweetoh hell i get up to 275-285 in the off season. i dont know if i could roll that heavy. now i am feeling challenged. may be a good session for a secondary pump type day for me.
