TweetI new this would fall down the ladder
TweetI know this is a tough one............
IGF can reduce body fat. IGF acts like insulin. You can enter in a hypo state. So you do need to consume carbs after your shot.
So with the increase in carbs, and cuz IGF acts like slin, is it possible for me to put on body fat?????
But research "says" it decreases bf

Tweetmaybe it has total seperate properties, i dont think it blocks lipolysis, like insulin, afterall it is insulin-LIKE-growth factor
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
TweetSo ur sayin that basically it won't make you fat as Slin would.Originally posted by prolangtum

TweetIGF-1 acts like insulin in skeletal muscle as far as glucose transport and glycogen synthesis go, but it has the opposite effect in fat cells. Fat cells in humans don't appear to have IGF-1 receptors, so it can't stimulate glucose uptake there. Because of its insulin-like action regarding glucose in muscle, it allows your body to lower its own insulin production, and this means less fat deposition (1). IGF-1 also directly lowers levels of lipoprotein lipase, the main enzyme responsible for allowing fat to enter fat cells. Insulin on the other hand elevates this enzyme. hope ur question is clarified bro .
