Sometimes as we age this "pump" seems harder and harder to get. Any old man tricks around. I think stress, h2o, sleep all really take a toll on it but minus copious amounts of no2 what do you use as a go to for getting out of a pump slump?

if you are going with a low to no carb approach a good pre workout will help out to a certain extent. that and a proper pre workout meal 45-60min prior makes all the difference in the world. i have found that adding fat to my protein and carbs in my meal also helps facilitate a better pump
