TweetDamn, good stuff!!. I've done these reverse sled pulls a few times recently. Only difference is I do it with a belt, not gripping it with my hands, is there much difference?

TweetGood stuff guns!
Tweetwhen i do reverse drags i do it with a band so it makes it much harder and i am trying to focus on glutes and hams working. this method is for hammering the crap out of your quads

TweetGotcha, when I pull reverse with the sled belt my ass was Killin so thats good. Really sat into the pull. Pretty sure that's what you wanted me to do alternating with sprints.

Tweeta buddy built us a sled for my camp. we drug it in a field with holes and rocks. also we did not use a handle but a piece of thick rope to work grip. it was torture and I loved it. until someone stepped in a hole and broke their ankle,. coach threw away the sled before I could ask for it.
Tweetyep that's exactly right man. we hammer the post chain first then rotate to the front next. most people's post chains are much weaker than the quad and hip flexors and you can never have to strong glutes or hanging hamstrings

Tweetmuscle gains with detail and cardio at the same time. that is without hammering the cns pretty much at all so it's a 3 way win across the board and i wish i would have known about the applications 10 years ago haha
