TweetMan this has been going on for decades. The new thing is technology that allows LE to scan you cards and no balances. Then they can freeze your account and make you prove why you have that money.
These were created and to be used on common sense/reasonable suspicion seizures. Such as stopping a drug dealer and he has $100k on him but no drugs. That being said you can see the form for misuse! And that misuse is escalating as our president creates more and more of a police state.
