Tweetok, so let's hear what you guys are using as your go to protein sources. i know beef prices are pretty stupid right now and it is probably one of the best. so what are we doing to reach our daily needs? myself, i have went to turkey chicken whole free range organic eggs and cod. i also get some whey hydro in here and there every now and then.

I like ground meat because I can cook a lot at once then make meals, also its quicker for me to eat.

I just kill chicken/eggs/turkey/tuna !!! I go out and have steak maybe once a week if at all possible .
I do have my protein powders , but only time I drink a shake is post workout , I like real food throughout my day .
