so let's hear it. what does everyone do to warmup? for prehab for weak areas and rehab for problem areas?

myself, i added in a bunch of ab work as a warm up to decompress my spine for my lower back. i keep a waist trainer on to keep it warm. i do reverse hypers religiously for decompression also. i roll out pretty much my entire body.
for rotator cuffs. before any shoulder chest or arm work. i also do inner and outer rotations to get them warmed up nicely and keep them strong. i got a ton of other stuff that i do but i am interested to see what everyone else incorperates into their training
