calories needed is an individual thing
dieting and bulking at the same time is pointless...
you're either bulking or cutting, not doing both together

how much do you weigh, what are your stats? need more info...I eat 6-7 portions through out the day...
CI=3100
Carbs=65
Protein=350
Fats=150
that's what my eating consists of as of right now
