you are right, it may be a good alternative for say sauteing veggies ect.

TweetI've been reading more about it lately. I'm gonna switch over to it as opposed to olive oil. I've heard Palumbo talk about it for years (obviously his company sells it) but after looking into it, sounds like the better option especially when cooking. Has a higher smoke point and maintains integrity at higher temps, so you can cook with it. Supposedly tastes much better as well. Anyone regularly use macadamia nut oil?
