      Stats:
      20yrs old
      6ft
      195lbs
      23%bf

      I lift every day and end with a half a mile to a mile run. I have never done a cycle before and am still learning about anabolic steroids. I am on a high protein low carb diet and am taking phosphogerhp creatine. I was wondering what you think about a winny only cycle just because i dont need any more mass. Will that make me strong and cut or do i need to add some kind of test as well to get strength, and if so what kind and how much of it. What siede effects have you experienced with what you are recomending. IF you have any recomendations i would greatly appreciate it, every bit of input is educating me more and more.

      At 20 years old, you shouldnt need any illicit drugs to cut you up, unless you're morbidly obese or have a thyroid problem, assuming you are neither (I know you arent obese) a strict diet (one in which you dont starve yourself) and proper cardio should be enough, in the event that it isnt, try an ECA or NYC first. If those work to no avail, then consider winny/t3/clen, etc.

      I would wait on AS for right now.I would go with some clen and an ECA. Up the cardio dont go for distance so much as time. I would go for at least 20 min.

      how long have you been lifting and eating with dedication? winny is good for strength and cutting yes, but it won't do it for you. i used to run 1/2 to a mile too but i tell ya, it's a waste. at 23% bf (which is high if that's accurate), and you want to do cardio for cutting, then do 30-60 minute sessions first thing AM or last thing PM 3+ times per week at moderate intensity (probably 160 bpm). btw, winny will probably give you hardons all day and can move your cholesterol values to an unfavorable ratio but nothing serious imo. i would also recomend tren (75 mg EOD) with the winny

      your still to young IMO, if you are eating the RIGHT things and good amount of protein, with proper training and hard ass work, you can put some lbs on you still kid


      you said "dedication" for 1 month, well maybe try the dedication for some longer time before you take that leap

      Patience my young Grasshopper. Get you diet and cardio in check and let it ride for the summer. At your age you could see great results without doing anyting illegal.

      Looks like you need to be spending more time in the diet and training section than in anabolics.

      Also you would be better off working out with weights less than you currently are 4-5 days a week. IMO you would be better off seperating your cardio and lifting sessions. Keep reading bro, no need for drugs for a long time.
