i used to be a huge napper big time. i also tend to nap now that i dont sleep for crap anymore. what i found that when i was healthy for me was that if i napped it was much harder to get to sleep at night. that's the only downside to napping for me when healthy. now that i dont do so well, i fight the sand man during the day like a champ so i can try to get 2 hours of burst sleep at a time.
