TweetThanks guys I train for health and to look and feel good.
I had some health issues and refused to be a victim so strength training helped me over come these issues.
I had briefly stated these on here before so no need to rehash the past.
I feel great and you all gave me some added motivation.
You all are the best. I have gained knowledge and made great friends.
Baby1 is like the mother hen in a good way she loves us all and her kind words helped me through some of these issues
