      Did a 12 week cycle just cyp, 500 a week. It's been 7 weeks since my last shot. Is this enough time off to start again ? Or should I wait a few more weeks?

      You could start again, but a few more weeks would be beneficial for your HPTA.

      ya definatly wait 8 more weeks atleast... but hey ull probibly learn it the hard way.. ur gona jump back on and u wont feel that kick any more.. and ur gona have shity gains... actualy im 8 weeks in to post cycle now.. and turst me i know how u feel... gona wait 8 more weeks no matter what though so when i jump on itll be worth it...

      personally i say jump back on now if you are in this game for life. I dont believe in the theory that less time off equals shittier gains, b/c if you look at it from teh perspective that less time off means less time to lose gains. Really, even in someone in your situation bull, you are totally not out of the blue yet. I always hear that about 10 weeks after clomid a lot of guys hit another dropping point. So, maybe gains will be a little less, but you also lessen the chance of loosing as much post cycle. Any other opinions?

      Time on= when it's convenient
      i.e If you have enough time to make it to the gym to maximize gains,jump on
      If you have the 16-20wks or what have you in the clear to run it, run it. In the clear I mean no interuption with vactions and shit like that.
      From my circumstances I run cycles according to the holidays seasons and when I can avoid people.lol
      time off= the amount of time you should use to recover and thr time it takes to put the next cycle together.Then you'll know when you're ready.
