I am 150LBS, 5'10".
I have attached a picture.
My goal is to add about 10 - 20 LBS of Quality Muscle that I can maintain.
I have been training for 2 years and have been eating 4 - 6 meals a day for a while now. My metobolism is just too fast, cannot gain shit.
I was thinking about shooting 400mg/week EQ for 10 weeks.
I'd like to do a "mild cycle" with minimum side effects.
With smart eating and hard training is my goal attainable?

Quality Vet EQ is supposed to be pretty decent. Most will agree that Ft. Dodge and Ganabol are of a bit higher quality.
20 lbs might be a bit overly optimistic. 10-12 solid lbs that you can keep is a more realistic expectation, although it varies from person to person and is dependent upon a multitude of factors (genetics, training, nutrition, rest, etc)

but if you're set on the EQ, you can probably reach your goals with the 400mg/wk EQ

Enanthate or Cyp will work great. I would do the test at 500mg at least, you'll notice good gains with it
and QV too :p

TweetI think you'll be dissapointed with the results you will get from EQ, it is quite mild.
Ive been your position bro, I'm 5'11" and I was 120lbs when I first started working out. EQ isnt a good drug for skinny guys like us, I think you would be far better off with test @ 400mg/week. Im pretty acne prone, and I dont break out much when I run test, its not as harsh as the profiles make it out to be.

dbol 30 mg week 1-3
test 200 week 1-2 (wanted to try it out so i didnt breakout)
test 400 week 2-10
eq 400 week 1-10
throw the test in there i also asked for advice on this board like you and am glad i asked because i have looked into it more and the eq really wouldnt have done much to me, if your scared of breakouts its all g bro, go get pantothenic acid, take 12 of those a day and it should help you not breakout, this week (on the end of week three) it seems everything is kicking in, i have gained about 7 pounds so far, anyway on week three i broke out in 6 spots not bad at all, i just bought this stuff i'll c how it works
