TweetYesterday had chest and always start with a bench press well I started with my biceps did 2 exercises did aout 15 sets then went into my chest workout and did my bench was a few reps less then I would of got if I started with chest, then after bench finshed another set of biceps then did more chest work.It was different mixing it up I felt better.

TweetNothing like the day after changing it up and being sore again. Like starting back after a layoff.
TweetGood stuff brotha. I try to switch things up like that every once in a while. Nothing better than that down to the bone soreness from changing it up.
