TweetI`m not a novice though I need to lose some BF faster than I would like. I ramble-but I`ll try to include any pertinent info for a decent Evol.
After a couple nice bulking cycles and a two month layoff afterwards I find my fat a**-Well,FAT! My quess would be I`m about a month behind were I wished to be at currently.
Mostly I`m pretty good about adjusting my diet, but I got lazy. Liked that bulk for winter except I would guess I`m at about 15%-17% BF. I had planned on around 12% BF for this time of year. Going down to about 8% at the lowest and more likely around 10% for summer. At 38, any lower BF and I start looking like sh*t.
Current stats-5`10" 215. At christmas I was the same wearing 32" pants. Now-34" and the`re not all that loose.
At the moment it`s the beginning of wk 3 on 4th cycle. Most would think of it as a bulking cycle AAS wise.
1000 mg/wk test ethan not counting first wk pre-load
100 mg/ED fina
50 mg/ED D-bol (Russian)
600-900 mg/ED r-ALA ( If I don`t forget!)
.5-1 Liqudex ED
Clen left over that might last a couple more days(Bout gone).
Fairly heavy I know. I don`t normally buy into the idea that some AAS are for mass and some are for cutting. Always thought diet was most important. I`m willing to be open minded about this though.
In the past I have found my body responds much better to higher doses than most. Age? Genetics?
Mainly hoping that in the 6th wk which would be the end of the D-bol to see myself close to my goals when any water weight is gone.
Normally I would be getting about 250-300gr Protein. Carbs and fat has always been by gut instinct. Especially carbs. Once I had my Protein I`d normally shoot for something like 2000-2200 Cals a day to cut.
I`m never going to make my goals at that rate this time(Lazy F**k). So at the moment I`m considering still going with 250-300 gr Protein and as low as I can stand for fats and (complex) carbs.
Looks like this is in the danger zone for being really catabolic(bad).
I am a once a/wk per muscle guy so3-4 X`s a/wk lifting. Running? Can`t do it. Congenital back probs. Liftings not much of a problem but repeated pounding sucks!(No jokes please) Cycling is OK. And I`m considering brisk walking 3-4x`s a/wk. Trying to stay away from burning muscle and For a change I have the time to do this.
Basically-- Need to lose BF faster than I would like without loosing too much LBM.
Any diet ideas to allow this?
AAS variations.
Sups?
I`m screwed?--Not screwed?
Help.
I realise this is asking for a lot, and there might have to be some compromising.
Any info I left out?
All Help would be GREATLY appreciated. DJ

Tweettoo long, my eyes hurt, i have to get back to ya.
TweetFor starters I would look into brisk walking ED since you cannot run.
Next, you should do a search on a CKD diet. That should help speed along the process.

TweetThought I`d bump this for any morning Bros with their thinking caps on. I know this is a difficult one. All Help is appreciated. DJ
Tweetyou can't eat by "feel"-gotta be specific-if you want 2500 cals and 300g protein then break it into 6 meals-50g protein,20g good fats,20g carbs- 45 min cardio in the am on empty stomach 3X per week-pick up the training-30 sec rest between sets-1 min between excercises- train your whole upper body and your whole lower body-1 excercise per part-3 sets per excercise-2 days on-off -two days on-off-off-throw in a superset day once a week-STRETCH daily-cardio on your 3 off days-clen and nyc alternating every 2 weeks-PS-don't worry about being catabolic on tren-very unlikely-1 1/2 gal water daily-discipline with the food will make you or break you-good luck
livin' for the pump!
Tweetdoes your back prohibit you from the stair master? if so have you tried an elliptical glider? that or walking but i prefer the elliptical

TweetThanks for the replies. Realistically how far may I dip down on my Cals without F`ing up. That is while maintaining 250-300 GR Protein? Will Tren be of much help as a anti-catabolic? Also I`m looking for experianced help. Nothing that really pushes the envelope on my health though. Should I gather up more clen?
I think one of my most undecided issues is balancing (cycling, ect) with Cal intake. Usually I can handle my BF quite well with my diet. This rush thing is new.
Thanks for the time spent reading all this.
TweetNumber one, as you mentioned keep protein at 250-300, preferably 300.
Assuming you are eating 5-6 meals a day.
The AS will keep you from going anti-catabolic, that is what they are for. Nutrition is to build & repair cells.
First off carbs hold 3 times as much water as protein, so lowering carbs will help lower water bloat, that being said.
Only eat low glycemic and fibrous carbs 80% of the time, on a weekly basis. Get 50 or so carbs in at breakfast and then another 25 with your next two meals. Then no more carbs for the day. That's 100 grams of carbs total, if you are too weak, go to 150. Every fourth day, bump up carbs to 250-300, but only for that day and go back to 100-150. Try and keep sodium low. Ephedrine and green tea are great plus's.
Do medium cardio in the AM if possible, if not get in 30-45 min. of recumbant bike cycling in. It is the lowest impact on joints of any cardio, plus it is much easier to go fast and slow fast and slow with recumbant bike than treadmill of elipitical, due to balance issues.
Think your 2,000 to 2,200 is okay to cut, just get in the cardio 4 to 5 times a week, plus maybe a little help with the ephedrine.
Defintely, and don't miss this, have a protein shake before bed, when you are so low calorie, you need to feed them in all the time. If you don't do one at night you will have problems with catobolism, not great, yet enough it will make your goal a huge struggle.
Just keep at it you should be okay.
Good Luck
TweetTrip--Sounds like good advice! would anything lower than 2000-2200 cals w/300 gr Protein be way too low?
