Warm up
800 meter run
3 rounds
10 push-ups
10 pull-ups
10 wall balls
Strength...
20 minutes to find 2 rep max bench press
Crossfit workout
5 rounds of..
200 meter sprint
10x135 bench press (95lb women)
10x ring dips
10x push-ups

TweetIt was a good one! Chest is on fire now! Insane pump. Don't be fooled by the 135 lb weight. Anyone can do a one rep max. I saw all of the people lying and dying after this one...and that is good.
One of my friends who's just a mad power lifter, kept making fun because I program and own a Crossfit gym.(but all in good fun) He was quickly humbled when he worked out with me.
